I have been a professional photographer for over 40 years, and I cannot begin to count how many people tell me they hate being photographed.

The fabulous women of my Renaissance Project, all between 69-109 years of age, were the same way. Until they saw their portraits, and realized being themselves on camera works best.

Some of my clients say it's magic...I say it's simple Alchemy, calling out the beauty that is already inside everyone.
I believe everyone should be comfortable and confident in front of the camera, and not just when it's me taking the portraits.
